Brezhnev discusses exit visas

 Leonid Brezhnev reads a report from the KGB about the rising rates of applications for exit visas. He turns to Kosygin and says, "If we keep approving exit visas, then it'll only be you and me left in the country."

Kosygin replies, "Speak for yourself, Leonid Ilyich."
