A man at a restaurant orders some meatballs, but when they waiter brings them out, they're square-shaped.
The man asks the waiter, "Why are they shaped like that?"
"Perestroika!"
"Why are they undercooked?"
"Uskoreniye!"
"Who took a bite out of them?"
"Gospriyomka!"
"Why are you telling me all this?"
"Glasnost!"
