A new postal stamp is issued with a picture of Mikhail Gorbachev on it. After a while, he asks the Minister of Communications how it's been received.
"It's not much use, Comrade General Secretary."
"Why not?"
"The people complain that it's not sticking to the envelopes."
"What, is there something wrong with the glue?"
"No, they're just habitually spitting on the wrong side."
