A man at a bar strikes up a conversation

 A man is sitting at the bar, and one of the other patrons strikes up a conversation with him. At one point he's asked "If you had ten million rubles, what would you do?"

"I'd take a vacation and travel all around the Union."

"What if it were a hundred million?"

"I'd take a vacation and travel all around the Union."

"Come on, aren't there any other countries you know of?"

"I know about other countries, but I don't know who you are!"

Variants include the man referring to a Ferrari as a "fine Russian car," but still refusing to admit otherwise for fear of saying something incriminating.
